After a long time and a few not-so-popular roles, we will see Chris Pratt in the lead role of an upcoming SciFi movie. His last significant achievement was Avengers: Endgame. After that, he voiced the lead character of Emmet in The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part and starred in the western The Kid.
The new movie was announced to be shot over a year ago and has been formerly titled ”Ghost Draft”. However, the name of the film was recently retitled to “The Tomorrow War.”
What is known about this SciFi thriller is that the film is set in a future where humanity is fighting an alien invasion. However, fighting with aliens is not going well for humankind. The chances of winning are meager, so people are desperate to find a way to save humanity. People from the future come up with the idea of recruiting soldiers from the past to help combat aliens. The story follows a man (Chris Pratt) recruited for a future war in which the fate of humankind may depend on his ability to correct events of the past.
