Project Blue Book is an American SciFi historical drama series, made for History.
In this interesting and conspiratorial SciFi thriller set some time after World War II, and based on the US Government’s real-life Project Blue Book, Dr. Allen Hynek (Aidan Gillen) and Captain Michael Quinn (Michael Malarkey) are tasked by the US Air Force to investigate mysterious UFOs reports and debunk them, or at least think up rational explanations for them. The more skeptical Hynek soon realizes that some vast and dangerous conspiracy is going on. While Quinn, a disciplined and tough military type, doesn’t care about anything other than doing the job assigned to him. Meanwhile, while the Cold War’s paranoia is felt all around and rapidly spreading among the population, the charismatic blonde, with her hidden intentions, befriends Hynek’s lonely wife.
The plot of the Project Blue Book series is very interesting, often mysterious, and mostly tense and fun. The series makes you wonder what the real truth is.
